云南能投緣達建設集團有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)創建于2004年。2017年根據云南省委、省政府關于打好國有企業改革攻堅戰的決策部署，公司主動抓住機遇，助力云南省能源投資集團有限公司貫徹落實混合所有制改革，成為云南能投控股，集“投、融、建、管、營”于一體的現代化建筑企業。

公司目前已擁有各類施工資質21項，其中一級資質7項，分別為水利水電、房屋建筑和市政公用工程施工總承包壹級，建筑裝飾裝修、古建筑工程、環保工程、消防設施專業承包壹級。二級資質9項，三級資質4項，其業務覆蓋公路、機電、鋼結構、城市及道路照明、電力、橋梁、隧道、石油化工、輸變電工程等多個領域。自混改以來公司緊扣集團整體戰略部署，以水利水電、房屋、市政工程建設為核心主業，服務集團全產業鏈延伸，在昆明、怒江、昭通、德宏、大理、文山、普洱片區承接多個項目，截止2020年已承建水利工程項目300余個，房建工程200萬平方米，其中30余個項目列入省市級重點項目，為全省產業和經濟社會高質量跨越發展賦能助力。

公司現有員工300余人，擁有注冊類專業人才180余人，成功研發21項實用新型專利；獲得了國家水利安全生產標準化一級單位、全國水利建設市場“AAA級”信用企業、國家高新技術企業、省市級技術中心等多項殊榮;承建的丘北縣清平水庫項目獲評云南省水利優質工程，云南理工職業學院（一期）等多個項目獲評?。ㄊ校┘墭藴驶さ?高標準通過了質量、環境、健康三大體系認證，實現了健康良性發展。截至2019年末，公司資產總額36億元，實現營業收入30億元，利潤總額2億元。目前緣達公司憑借良好的資信，從各金融機構獲得授信額度近50億元。

公司自成立以來，著力打造“云南能源建設中堅力量”、“云南建設知名品牌”，依托云南省能源投資集團有限公司的技術、資金實力和綜合產業布局，全面實施“一元為主、多元并舉”的發展戰略，力爭三年內實現“1+1+1+5”的目標（即1個特級資質，100億元年營業收入，1個上市公司，5億元年利潤），大力推動公司由建設工程總承包商向具有領先地位的建設綜合服務商全面轉型，躋身國際建設領域的先進行列。  

Founded in 2004, Yunnan YEIG Yuanda Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as YEIG Yuanda) is a modern construction enterprise integrating "investment, financing, construction, management and operation", subsidiary of Yunnan Provincial Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (YEIG) (China top 500), a provincial state-owned company.

At present, YEIG Yuanda possesses 21 engineering qualifications covering hydropower, building works, municipal public works, decoration, ancient architecture, environmental protection, road, mechanical and electrical installation, steel structure, fire prevention facilities, municipal and road illumination, electrical power, bridges, tunnels, petrochemicals, power transmission and transformation. Our projects are mainly located in Kunming, Nujiang, Zhaotong, Dehong, Dali, Wenshan and Pu 'er in Yunnan Province. By the year of 2020, YEIG Yuanda has undertaken about 300 water conservancy projects and the building projects covering 2 million square meters. Over 30 projects have been listed as provincial and municipal key projects.

There are more than 300 employees in YEIG Yuanda, including 180 professionals . With 22 utility model patents and 1 invention patent, we are accredited for the Technology Center of both Yunnan Province and Kunming City, and rated as "AAA Enterprise" of National Hydropower Construction Market by the Ministry of Water Resources of China, as well as awarded as "First-Class Enterprise of Water Conservancy Safety Operation Standardization" and "High & New Technological Enterprise of Yunnan Province". By the end of 2019, the total assets, net assets, operating revenue and total profit of YEIG Yuanda have reached 3.6 billion yuan,3.0 billion yuan, and 200 million yuan respectively.Due to good credit, we have currently obtained nearly 5 billion yuan worth of credit line altogether from various finance institutes.

Since the establishment, YEIG Yuanda has dedicated to becoming the "backbone constructor of Yunnan energy" and making “a well-known brand in Yunnan”. Relying on YEIG’s technology, finance and strategy, Yuanda will implement the development strategy of "focusing on construction engineering and diversifying businesses" and fulfil the 3-year target of “1+1+1+5” (1 Premium Grade Qualification, 10 billion yuan yearly operating revenue, 1 listed company, 500 million yuan yearly profit) by transforming from the general contractor to the leading service provider in the field of international construction .
